TrustyDr provides ways to delete your account and associated personal data.
Option 1: Delete your account in the TrustyDr app (recommended)
- Open the TrustyDr app
- Go to Settings
- Select Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Email support@trustydr.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the email or phone number used for your TrustyDr account.
Deletion timeline
We typically process deletion requests within 30 days. If we must retain limited data for legal or security reasons, we will restrict it and retain only what is necessary.
