Step 1
The request starts with the doctor

A doctor adds a test to the visit and sends it to your laboratory. It leaves their screen already addressed to you.
Step 2
Requests arrive

The request lands in your reception board with the patient, the test and the referring doctor. Confirm receipt to take it on.
Step 3
One board for the whole day

Awaiting payment, awaiting patient, new, home visits and lab visits side by side, each with its own count.
Step 4
Home visits, booked by the patient

A patient can book a home visit directly. It shows on the same board with its time, its payment state and who booked it.
