How to request deletion
Email us at support@trustydr.com. Please tell us which TrustyDr service your account is on — TrustyDr Healthcare (as a Patient or as a Healthcare Provider) or TrustyDr Commerce — and include the email address or phone number used for that account.
What we retain
Your account and related data are retained while your account is active.
Acceptance-history and audit-log records — the record of which document version you accepted, and when — are retained permanently for accountability purposes, regardless of account status.
